The Hobart 62104 Mixing Bowl 20 Quart is a purpose-built container that fits into a compatible planetary holder to hold the ingredients during high-speed mixing. The rotating beater hooks are rotated in the circular basin to provide adequate aeration and uniform mixing of thick batters. This is a stainless steel attachment that is attached directly to the lift support arms of a standard commercial bench mixer. It allows the free-flowing interior surface to allow easy incorporation of ingredients and the reinforced rim to allow the structure to sustain itself during intense mixing processes.
