The Middleby Marshall 33900-0033 Conveyor Belt is a 32 inch stainless steel transport belt that transfers food products in the oven chamber with a uniform spacing and alignment of the items as they move in and out of the oven with controlled heat. This is attached over the rollers of the drive and support of the oven, and connects motorized parts to the cooking part, allowing the continuous movement during high-volume preparation. It is used as the main conveying surface that assists to provide even exposure to baking or cooking conditions in pizzerias and foodservice operations.
