The Blodgett 3930 Gas Safety Valve TS-11K is an accessory to a commercial oven that is used with gas. It gives a safety system which regulates the amount of gas flowing to the burners in the oven and it turns off the flow in case of the flames failing or unsafe conditions. The valve is installed in the gas system in the appliance, and it coordinates its operation with the ignition and control system to provide safe operation. This carefully designed element is used in restaurants, bakeries, and other food service facilities.
