The Star Mfg 5N-22619 Filter Pack is a replacement filtration assembly, that fits in compatible commercial cooking equipment. Its main purpose is to take out grease particles, smoke, and airborne contaminants produced in the cooking activities. When air is flowing through the filter media, the residue is captured, and cleaner air flows through the exhaust system. It can be installed in the hood compartment and is used to ensure the airflow is constant and prevent ductwork and internal fans from becoming congested.
