The Star Mfg SM3-302775 Filter Pack is a replacement filter element that is to be used in the corresponding commercial cooking or ventilation equipment. These are elements by which air passes and which trap grease, smoke particles, and airborne contaminants. The pack is installed in the hood, canopy, or internal filter housing to assist in the protection of internal components and efficiency in airflow. Frequent change of the filter pack is useful to cleaner operation and limits the accumulation on the fans and ductwork.
