The Wells 5N-23312 HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack Assembly M Series uses a two-stage filtration system to ensure the air in the kitchen setting of commercial premises. The gas flows through a high-efficiency particulate air filter layer to trap the microscopic airborne contaminants and then flows through an activated charcoal substrate that chemically adsorbs odors and volatile organic compounds. This is directly installed in the internal cleaning housing of M Series ventless cooking systems. Integration will make sure that the effluent is well scrubbed of grease and stink before being recirculated.
