The Star Mfg SN1-WL0171 Fryer HEPA/Carbon Filter Pack M Series is used to improve air quality in kitchen by trapping dust particles in the air. This is a two in one filter incorporating HEPA which has the ability to capture up to 99.97% of particulate matter that is small as 0.3 microns and the activated carbon masks bad odor and VOCs.
