The Dean 810-0154 Pilot Kit regulates the first flame to ignite the main burner in the gas-powered equipment. It operates by directing gas to the pilot burner and a continuous flame is formed which burns the main gas supply when the thermostat or control system activates it. This kit is normally fitted close to the burner assembly in commercial fryers or other gas cooking equipment to provide accurate and consistent ignition.
