The Frymaster 816-0117PK O-Ring Inner Pan 10-Pack creates a seal between mating surfaces by compressing the seal between mating surfaces. It operates by basing small holes around the touch point to reduce the flow of fluids during use. This is attached on the seat section within the fryer assembly. It was designed in a circular profile which keeps in touch as the temperature and pressures vary during usage. The sealing should be regularly checked to aid of proper contact between the pan and other parts.
