The Dean 8160117 O-Ring Inner Pan provides an interface to be sealed when compressed using pressed parts. It operates by keeping in constant contact along the perimeter in order to regulate the flow of fluids in the cooking cycles. It is placed in the fryer set containing a groove on the inside pan. It has a round cross-section enabling it to fit on the mating surface during installation. The compression around the entire circumference is evenly supported by the flexible shape.
