The Cres Cor 848-062 is a mechanical thermostat designed to maintain consistent temperatures in kitchens and it allows for temperature adjustments to properly hold food parts. The electric thermostat works across temperatures from 0 to 250°F under 120/240V power at 20 AMP to control food warmer temperatures precisely. Its key strength comes from its durable 3/16" x 8" stainless steel bulb combined with its 24" cap which provides reliability in demanding conditions. The Cres Cor food warmer models are 120PH1836D, 121PH, and H-339 series can all use this thermostat because of its broad model compatibility.
