The Star Mfg 9495 Griddle Safety Valve is designed to control gas flow in commercial settings. Its primary operation is to regulate fuel delivery to the main burners while automatically shutting off gas in certain conditions, preventing potential hazards. The valve includes a 3/8" NPT inlet, & a 1/2" pilot connection and a 1/4" CCT pilot outlet, allowing proper integration with the griddles pilot, and main burner system.
