The Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA4050214 Thermocouple Probe is a Type K with a sensing tip of 3/16" x 1" which is in length and has a lead wire of 25" and \voltage proportional to the amount of heat at the tip. It operates by sensing the real temperature in the toaster or heating cavity and sending the signal to the control system of the appliance to allow the monitoring and control of the heat. The probe is attached to the warm part of the unit in the interior and is utilized as a feedback within the temperature control system.
