Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA7000810 Thermocouple is a Type K probe with a 3/16” x 1" sensing tip and a 25" lead wire that delivers a voltage signal subject to the temperature of the probe tip. It operates by sensing the real heat temperature within the heated interior of toasters, ovens, etc., cooking equipment, and relaying the information to the control system of the appliance in order to assist it in monitoring and controlling temperature. The probe is installed close to the heating element on the inside of the appliance where it operates.
