Installation Steps

Step1: Turn off the gas supply and disconnect the oven from power.

Step2: Remove the oven access panel to reach the existing pilot valve.

Step3: Disconnect the gas line and wiring from the old valve carefully.

Step4: Remove the old pilot safety valve by unscrewing its mounting hardware.

Step5: Install the new valve, securing it in place.

Step6: Reconnect the gas line and wiring exactly as before.

Step7: Restore gas and power, then test for proper ignition and no leaks.
