The Frymaster 8262286 Fryer Digital Controller is an electronic interface that allows control of the temperature and cooking time of the appliance and provides accurate control over the appliance. It interacts with the internal heating components of the fryer to control the amount of heat accordingly. The controller will be mounted on the front panel of the fryer and will fit into existing mounting holes, and wiring connections.
