The Frymaster FM106-1150 Computer Assembly component is used to control the procedures of electronic control in a commercial fryer. It works on input command decoding and transmission of controlled signals to heating elements, sensors and timing circuits to guide frying cycles. It is mounted on the front control part of the fryer and links the interface panel to the internal control pathways which control the temperature and the cooking time. Being an indivisible element of the system of fryer control, it coordinates the communication between the heating and monitoring elements that ensure the stability of the temperatures.
