The Duke DUK155828 Convection Oven 2-Speed Motor 1/2-1/4HP is an electric motor to power the fan system on compatible equipment. It works by switching the blower fan to two adjustable speeds which enable the circulation of heated air in the oven cavity even during cooking cycles. The motor is fitted in the airflow assembly of the oven and works on a 200-240 volt 50/60 hertz power supply. Regular movement of air used in heat distribution assists in maintaining constant cooking temperatures, enhances the transfer of heat among food items, and adds to the efficient operation.
