The Frymaster FM2301177 Side Deflector to Old Ceramic Target Assemblies with a 2-hole mount directs the heat in the fryer by being next to the target assembly to regulate the circulation of the thermal energy. It operates by directing the direction of hot air or flames. This deflector is fitted in the fryer cabinet with the support of the two mounting holes so that it can be fixed. Its design is able to fit older ceramic target assemblies so that they fit correctly with the heating elements and fit into the interior structure of the fryer.
