The Frymaster FM814-0034 Side Deflector that fits Old Ceramic Target Assemblies with 2-hole mounts fits in the cooker to direct heat or airflow through the fryer by directing the thermal energy along its surface to the target assembly. It operates by directing the heat or flames as they move upwards or downwards towards the ceramic target in the process of working. This side deflector is mounted inside the fryer cabinet, and the two mounting holes are aligned with the existing attachment points. Its design and structure enable it to be compatible with older ceramic target systems.
