Manufacturer:
The Frymaster FM807-3680 Hi-Limit Thermostat monitors equipment temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset maximum temperature is exceeded during operation. The hi-limit thermostat operates by sensing excessive heat and opening the electrical circuit, allowing compatible control systems to stop further heating until conditions return to the required range. It is installed within compatible commercial systems where over-temperature protection is required as part of the heating system. The part operates as part of the temperature safety circuit, responding automatically to elevated heat levels during routine cooking cycles.
