The Frymaster 9001031 Fryer Burner Sight Glass Retainer is a metal bracket that secures the sight glass in place to allow the burner area to be seen, to make sure the burner is in position. Once fixed, it encircles the sight glass and fixes it to the frame of the fryer, ensuring that it does not vibrate and overheat. This retainer will be installed on top of the sight glass aperture of the compatible fryers, where the burner assembly can be seen.
