The Ranco G1-11665 D-Stem Flat Right Thermostat is a temperature control part that is used in commercial cooking equipment. It senses operating through a 1/4" by 6" sensing bulb and regulates the heating circuit to maintain the selected setpoint. It mounts behind the operator panel with a right-hand D-shaped stem for knob attachment while the sensing element installs in the heated cavity. It works with the heating parts and electrical circuit to cycle heat based on changes, and proper installation restores accurate temperature regulation and supports equipment operation.
