The Pitco P5045638 Fryer Natural Gas Valve is a gas flow controller that operates on a solenoid system to open or close the gas flow when activated at 24V. It also regulates the supply of gas based on the control signals of the fryer to ensure that it is operating correctly. This valve installed in commercial gas fryers and can be mounted directly on the gas line to control fuel flow and be connected to the already existing control system of the appliance.
