The Pitco P5045639 Gas Valve is a propane control that regulates the flow of gas through a 24V solenoid that is opened or closed based on the signals given by the control system of the appliance. It adjusts the supply of gas to suit the needs of operations to maintain the appropriate level of flame and heat. The valve will be installed in commercial propane-powered fryers where it will be attached to the gas line to become part of the existing gas control system in the fryer.
