The Garland GL3043100 Griddle Thermostat Knob is used to adjust the amount of heat produced by the appliance, by turning the gas/electricity supply to the heating coils on or off. It has a rotary system that alternates the setting between low and high, enabling the accurate choice of cooking temperature. This knob is mounted on the front control panel of the griddle and it is directly connected to the control valve or thermostat. Its positioning allows it to adjust the temperature.
