The Alto-Shaam GS-2398-10FT Door Gasket is a gray rubber sealing element that is used to form a tight seal between the door and the cabinet frame on foodservice equipment. It is designed in Type C profile and is inserted in the gasket channel to prevent the exchange of heat, moisture and air during operation. This is applied to commercial professional kitchens where internal conditions have to be controlled. It assists in the correct preservation of temperatures.
