The Cleveland KE50558 Safety Thermostat Ranco Type L6C is a high limit kettle and mixer safety thermostat. KEL, KEP, KET, SSE and MKET appliances, series and mixers. This thermostat works at a temperature of 184°F (84°C) and has a feature of auto shut off in case the temperature goes high than the limit set. It also has a 24” capillary that allows for proper temperature control, to avoid overheating and damaging the equipment. Especially for kitchens, it creates safety, preserves the machines and guarantees the better performance, lengthening the useful life of the appliances.
