The Southbend 6600284 Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve operates by controlling liquid discharge through a manually actuated valve mechanism. It opens and closes the internal flow path to release contents from connected cooking equipment. It regulates flow rate during draining by allowing gradual or full opening depending on handle position, directing liquid through the outlet channel for controlled evacuation within the system plumbing path. It is installed at the draw-off port of compatible commercial cooking equipment positioned on the exterior panel for access during draining operations in the assembly area.
