The Market Forge S10-4928 Draw Off Valve Faucet 1-1/2" is used to remove liquids from commercial braising pans. It is used to allow sauces, stocks or excess liquid to drain off during or after cooking in a controlled manner. It is mounted at the drain of the pan and is controlled by a hand valve.
