The Cleveland SE50005 Draw Off Valve Faucet 1-1/2" is used to open and close an internal passage in the faucet structure to allow cooked liquid to flow through the outlet spout. It operates as a manually operated valve that controls discharge by a rotating or lifting mechanism attached to the faucet assembly which directs components from the inside of the kettle to outside containers. This draw-off valve is applied to commercial steam kettles generally placed at the lower front part of the kettle body near the discharge outlet, hinge supports and control fittings in food preparation and commercial cooking equipment.
