The Montague MONB-24 Open Top Burner 3-3/4" X 1-13/16" works by evenly distributing the gas through the open top design, which produces a constant flame all over the surface. A controlled flow of gases is used to obtain ignition and the burner attains operational temperature in a short time. The burner is used in commercial kitchen equipment and fits properly into countertop or cook top setups to be used in a variety of cooking activities and is able to be used in an open flame setup. It is compact and shaped such that it can fit into the system without blocking other components.
