Manufacturer:
The Keating P15171L Thermostat senses heat through its 5/16-inch diameter bulb and responds to temperature changes within the 245F to 375F range. The detected heat is transmitted through the 30-inch capillary tube to the thermostat mechanism which adjusts the heating cycle according to the selected temperature setting. The 9-7/8-inch bulb is positioned at the designated sensing point inside compatible cooking equipment, while the control assembly connects to the appliance's temperature circuit. The K-type configuration combines the specified bulb dimensions, capillary length, and operating range for compatible commercial cooking applications.
