The Pitco P6071768 Drain Valve controls the release of cooking oil from the fryer by opening and closing the drain passage during maintenance and oil filtration. It works with a 1-1/4-inch FPT connection and an integrated handle allowing the valve to be manually operated to start or stop oil flow as needed. This drain valve is installed at the drain outlet of compatible commercial fryers, where it forms part of the oil drainage assembly. It interfaces with the fryer drain piping and connected filtration or collection equipment to support routine oil draining and servicing operations.
