The Pitco B2400304C Drain Board Assembly Stainless Steel 24/24R provides a grid-like surface to guide the oil that is released after removal of the baskets. The oil flows over the ridged board surface and directs back to the inside of the fryer. This assembly goes with the fryer vat, which is placed close to the basket landing area. The correct installation will position the board to the fryer frame, and cooked food will drain as the controlled movement of oil in the fryer workstation is ensured during a normal frying process.
