The Randell RPCSY0403 Evaporator Coil Assembly With Capillary Tube works by pumping coolant through the receptacle where it absorbs the heat in the surrounding air and evaporates the chilled air as it turns to propane. The flow of cooling fluid into the evaporator is measured by the attached capillary, and the pressure is regulated by it, and the rate at which the reagent is added to the coil to ensure the ice cube is added to the coil in the proper amount to facilitate heat exchange during the cooling cycle.
