The Star Mfg 2U302984 Hood Section Blower/Motor Assembly Ventless Hood uses a 208V motor to rotate a fan wheel that pushes air into the filtration system. The assembly draws smoke, grease and cooking vapours over the equipment and forces them through filters to capture them. This unit is plaed in the ventless hood, behind the grille and filter section, and it is in line with airflow pathways. The motor, blower and housing are made to suit the size and electrical needs of the model.
