The Vulcan Hart 00-428305-00001 Thermocouple is designed to provide accurate and reliable flame sensing on commercial ranges to keep them safe and operating consistently. This 72-inch thermocouple produces 20-30 millivolts of electrical current when a pilot flame is present the gas valve to stay open and permitting your range to operate safely. It is designed to withstand high temperatures in the kitchen and even when the pilot is off it does not allow the flow of gas which is a preventative measure against accidents. This thermocouple is simple to install making it a vital part of the kitchen, as it is both accurate and durable.

Installation Steps
