Star Mfg 2T-Y1973 Thermostat is a gas control unit that is used in heating appliances. It has a four-way mounting system that includes an inbuilt dial, 3/8 x 5-3/8 in sensing bulb, and a 30 inch capillary that controls responsive temperature. It has 3/8" FPT gas inlet and outlet ports, which regulate the flow of gas depending on the temperature variation. This element ensures a secure, correct and effective functioning of commercial cooking systems.
