The Nemco 46782 Thermostat with Dial controls and regulates the temperature of cooking or warming systems by controlling the amount of electrical current to the heating element. It works by using a temperature-sensing bulb and capillary tube setup which varies the amount of heat according to changes in temperature. This thermostat is fitted in commercial foodservice equipment like warmers, fryers or grills where the exact temperature is required to maintain a constant operation. Its 3/8" x 4-1/2" bulb and 48-inch capillary tube design can be used in accurate temperature sensing and connection in various equipment configurations
