The Ultrafryer ULTR21A290 Rethermalizer Controller accepts the inputs of temperature sensors and user settings and processes the information to control heating elements, timing, and safety interlocks based on programming. The internal control circuitry will read the parameters chosen and constantly regulate the amount of heat produced to keep the temperature set and the sequence of cycles going in operation. This controller is installed in the control compartment of the rethermalizer, and it is connected to the user interface and wiring harness. Installation is carried out during assembly or when a failed controller is being replaced during a service.
