The Rankin Delux RB-11 Valve regulates the gas supply to a commercial or residential burner, enabling to tapering of the intensity of the flame and amount of heat produced. It works by having a threaded connection that maintains the pressure of gases when the knob is turned, so that it has the same performance when cooking. It is designed to be installed directly on the top burner assembly, as it can be applied directly onto the burner manifold by using the standard 1/8" NPT thread.
