The Star Mfg Y8830 Cast Iron Broiler Top Grate is a long-lasting replacement part intended for use on grills and broilers. It measures 20-1/2” x 5-7/8”, and comes with 6 strong cross bars and 7 evenly spaced ribs to ensure even heat circulation and heat distribution for even cooking. Constructed from heavy cast iron it holds and distributes heat well improving searing and grilling functions. This grate is perfect for barbecuing meats, vegetables, and other foods, and the food will cook evenly. It is durable and this makes it to be economical for use in busy kitchens where there is a lot of traffic.
