The Hobart 00-234301-316 Ice Machine Water Filter Cartridge 400 is used to process incoming water and in turn reduces sediment, chlorine taste and odor, cysts, and scale that affect ice condition and equipment performance. Installed in the machine’s water treatment system, this cartridge also protects internal parts from mineral buildup and, at the same time, provides a steady supply of pure water for ice production. This reusable filter is for consistent performance, better ice clarity, and commercial foodservice settings.
