The Hobart 00-350571-00001 Thermostat KNP Stainless Steel is designed to sense the equipment and adjust the heating circuit if the temperature changes. The sensing element is used to sense the change in temperature and triggers the control mechanism accordingly. The part is placed in a suitable part of equipment in a temperature sensing area, and the probe protrudes into the region to be monitored. Made of stainless steel, it has a diameter of 5/32” and a length of 8-1/4”. The thermostat is linked to proper wiring and controls, which enable the heating system to switch on and off based on the temperature sensed during operation.
