Hobart XNC8X1 Thermostat Horizontal Mount W/Bulb & 5" Offset SS KNP

The Hobart XNC8X1 Thermostat is a Type KNP mechanical temperature control with a 5/32-inch by 8-1/4-inch stainless steel sensing bulb and 36-inch capillary. It operates across a 250°F to 950°F temperature range and uses a 5-offset horizontal mounting arrangement with a positive-off position. The thermostat is installed in the control panel of compatible GE and Hobart cooking equipment while the sensing bulb extends into the heated area. As temperature changes, the sensing mechanism responds through the capillary and changes the electrical contacts to regulate the connected heating circuit. The control knob allows adjustment of the selected operating temperature.
