The Hobart 00-VML80 Legacy Mixer Bowl Stainless Steel is used to hold and mix the ingredients as the motor runs enabling the blending of large batches. It is firmly fixed to combination units that are compatible and have handles to move around when lifting or positioning. The container is designed to be placed directly under the mixing head, and it is fitted to the locking mechanism of the mixer. It has a huge 80-quart capacity and can be used in commercial kitchens or bakeries, where large amounts of dough, batter, or other mixtures can be placed without spillage.
