The Uniworld UWDUM-80B Legacy Mixer Bowl 80 QT Stainless Steel is a fabrication component that is done through a deep-drawn production process to produce an interior surface that enables the mixing of ingredients uniformly during the high-capacity blending cycles. This large-gauge vessel is clamped into the lift system of a floor-mounted planetary mixer and is held still, with the agitator rotating through the thick batter or dough. The placement is made on the support arms of the compatible 80-quart power base and is placed so that it aligns with the planetary head.
