The Uniworld UWDUM80B Legacy Mixer Bowl 80 QT Stainless Steel supports preparing large quantities of food by clamping onto the lifting action of a compatible whisk to hold the food as it is agitated in a high-capacity blender. This vessel uses a deep-drawn cylindrical shape to make sure that the agitator accesses all the components so as to provide a homogenous blend. The unit is clamped to the bowl arms of a vertical planetary combine and is placed directly under the gearhead to allow maximum clearance.
