The Hobart 00-275690 Legacy Mixer Bowl 80 Qt has a large-scale mixing capacity and enables the blender to work properly by containing the contents during mixing. Its stainless steel design is deep and polished to allow a consistent movement of agitators in the combine to allow full incorporation of all the components. This is designed to be used in mixers that are compatible with appliances, and it can be fit into the base of the whisk so as to be in the right position to be used optimally. It is easy to remove and clean transfer ingredients.
